Colnago CX1


Trg today: 3hrs outside on the bike (incl 2x 30min at 150bpm) + 20min ez trans run. I'm not going out again until it's over 10 degrees C - just too cold. I prefer the turbo.

    2:30 at 6 degrees here, positively balmy :-) and I hit 350 watts up a hill LOL!

    Good effort. By the way, that's the power required to get my 90kgs up any hill greater than 6%. Lol. :-)
