Parlee

Nice, Parlee anyone?

Trg today:
Bike - 3x 12min @ 95% FTP. RI 5min.
Run - 30min trans run (tempo).

No trouble with the run (excellent). I think the last man flu effects have finally gone as my chest didn't feel constricted at all on the run.

Too tired for my swim this morning. I will swap it in to Thu's off day as it has a lot of tech focus.

  5. Thanks guys.

Roy, I'm in Amersham but due to move up to Cranwell shortly. We'll have to meet for a ride soon. It will be my first one outside in almost a year what with adventures in foreign fields!

Your definitely right there Sags. K, you know that's not going to happen. That's what off days are for, catching up! Lol. The term is active recovery isn't that right Sags? :-)

T, loving a bit of Parlee. Pity their TT offering is really boring (though custom of course!).

  6. I remember I had a coach once who told me to forget any missed sessions and that I shouldn't try to squeeze in those missed sessions. Ring any bells? ;-)

  7. That's right Frank. :-)
Don't worry Wed and Thu are very easy days for me so I'm not chasing workouts. I don't count even hard swimming as chronic fatigue inducing unlike ez running and moderate biking.
