What of the 400 swim test? Manage to successfully navigate the leisure whales?
Had a crap one, with a lane to myself!Lack of pool time or Man flu residual effects. Probably both. Oh well the goal of swimming 5x week, when possible, should help.Going for swim a bit later after a physio session.
Ah! Or of course man-flu followed by 10 hours on the bike over the weekend and an hour's run might have had some effect LOL!I'm faster than I've ever been on a third of the swimming - no threshold work just easy and sprints. I swim 3 times a week now and that's plenty.Do you remember the guy who ran the first tri weekend we had at Lossie - he said he was swimming better than ever off embarrassing little.
Great to hear. Frequency is crucial.Unfortunately for IM threshold and long ez swims are vital. Drop one or the other and you will either be slower or still be recovering on the bike for first 30miles.
