Well you often refer to trigger pointing which I presume is some kind of pre-hab routine to prevent your calf problem ... I assume it's a static pressure point thing? So if that's what's keeping you running and it is done pre-run how do you use it during your IM! I mean you could take 40 minutes in T2 I guess ... or have I completely missed the point?
Prehab is to stop injury (re)occuring! It's obviously not required for every run but is what is getting me through runs over the long haul. Hence, you wouldn't do it in a race (it is a race after all!). I will probably get on my mini foam roller for 5min per leg before putting on my wetsuit.
Viner Maxima - "the best road bike I've ever tested" I think were the words Marcel Wurst (is that right?) said after riding it for a magazine article (is that him in the picture?). But it should be good for almost £6K!!!
Are my legendary transitions once again recieiving attention? :-) Phil McN may have something to say about that!
I saw a silver Pinarello Dogma with Di2 for over £10k last year in Primera Sport! £6k is small change for a man of your calibre. Failing that 'traffik' one of your children. Lol.
When I get my foam roller out in T2 you may have a run for your money! :-)
How will trigger pointing work out on the day of the race without having a Turboesque T2?
ReplyDelete???
