Test/Rest Week


Test week this week so backing off 'til Friday and then off to Mallorca for a big bike week.

Trg today:
Swim 45min
Bike 30min
Run 30min

    No off with the bike team. Off with family to mainland Spain in June for a final smashfest before Roth. It's all planned out. :-)
