I felt like eating a lot of food after my training today but I resisted. A recovery shake, an apple and some pineapple with admittedly 3 bowls of homemade vegetable soup for dinner.
Trg today:
5hr Computrainer ride incl intervals.
30min transition run.
I have never worn so much clothing indoors to exercise and still been cold (and sweaty!!!). It was 3 degrees C in the garage. I had full winter gear on sans the jacket.

5 hours??? I've been there and done that, but only once, and have no intention of doing it again. No wonder you were hungry.

ReplyDeleteIf you were really hungry you should eat or your body will start eating itself to recover.
5hrs... impressive but Computrainer... more tri bling is there anything you dont have???
